A big fan of wildlife and wild places Carolyn lives in Boat of Garten with her dog Zeus. Most recently she's been managing a project working with communities to take action for swifts and pollinators and enabling thousands of people to spend more time with nature.

Emma's work as a ranger has taken her far and wide in Scotland, working with communities to help our native wildlife including osprey, beaver and wildcat. Emma is always up for chatting to folk about wildlife and enjoying the hills and forests with her collie Mousa.

Happiest in a pine forest keeping an eye on capercaillie or at home with her cat, Molly has been working with capercaillie for a number of years and is always keen to share advice, pass on the latest capercaillie science and champion the best examples of capercaillie conservation.

From monitoring raptors to crunching survey data and getting stuck in to habitat work, as long as she's got food she's happy. Ellie is as much at home in the field as she is sharing her enthusiasm and working knowledge of capercaillie with anyone seeking help and advice.
